By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and in that case "you" includes both you and that entity.

You may not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or export restrictions.

2. Description of the Services

Get1.Link provides tools that allow users to create, manage, customize, route, and analyze smart links, QR codes, redirects, install pages, and related digital assets. Features may include workspaces, collaborators, analytics, custom slugs, premium upgrades, destination routing, fallback behavior, subscription-controlled functionality, and related administrative and reporting features.

We may change, improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including by adding or removing features, imposing usage limits, or changing feature availability across plans.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain parts of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@mail.get1.link if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or compromised in any way.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, reclaim usernames or slugs, or require identity or ownership verification where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Services.

4. Administrative Access

For customer support, troubleshooting, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service maintenance, authorized Get1.Link personnel may access and impersonate user accounts where reasonably necessary to operate, protect, or support the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to such limited administrative access.

5. Workspaces, Teams, and Collaborators

The Services may allow you to create workspaces, invite collaborators, assign roles, and share access to links, analytics, or administrative controls. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your workspace and for ensuring that invited users have appropriate authority and use the Services in compliance with these Terms.

Workspace owners and administrators may be able to view, manage, modify, or remove content, links, settings, collaborators, and related data associated with a workspace. We are not responsible for internal disputes between workspace members or for actions taken by workspace owners, administrators, editors, observers, or other authorized users.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content, data, URLs, routing rules, labels, text, settings, and other materials you submit to or manage through the Services (collectively, "User Content"). By using the Services, you grant Get1.Link a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of creating, hosting, sharing, routing, redirecting, or tracking any link or digital asset through the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary for your User Content and that your use of the Services and User Content will not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. Without limitation, you may not use the Services to distribute malware, phishing links, spam, unauthorized tracking, unlawful content, infringing material, deceptive redirects, or content that violates the rights of others.

You may not use the Services to interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Services, to attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, to scrape or reverse engineer the Services except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law, to bypass plan limitations or technical controls, to resell or white-label the Services without authorization, or to use the Services in a way that imposes unreasonable load or risk on our infrastructure.

You may not use the Services to transmit or route content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or to engage in conduct that could expose Get1.Link, its operators, users, or service providers to legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk.

We reserve the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether conduct violates these Terms and to suspend, restrict, disable, remove, or terminate access where necessary.

8. Links, Redirects, and Availability

Get1.Link provides tools for creating and routing links, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent uptime, error-free performance, or the successful operation of every redirect, destination, or integration at all times.

Link behavior may be affected by user configuration, browser behavior, device settings, operating systems, destination-site changes, third-party service interruptions, app-store rules, network conditions, security filters, local regulation, and other factors outside our control.

You acknowledge that redirects, QR codes, analytics, routing logic, fallback destinations, and custom domains may not function identically in all environments or under all circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and testing your configurations before relying on them in a commercial or operational setting.

8. Custom Domains and Third-Party Dependencies

If the Services support custom domains or third-party integrations, your use of those features may depend on third-party providers such as domain registrars, DNS providers, hosting providers, browser vendors, app platforms, or other infrastructure services. We do not control those third parties and are not liable for outages, delays, policy changes, domain conflicts, DNS issues, certificate issues, or other failures caused by third-party systems.

You remain responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary rights, registrations, configurations, and permissions relating to your domain names, content, integrations, and external destinations.

10. Analytics and Reporting

The Services may provide analytics, logs, click data, scan data, geolocation estimates, device information, referral data, and similar reporting features. Such analytics are provided for informational and operational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that analytics will be perfectly accurate, comprehensive, or available at all times. Analytics may be affected by ad blockers, privacy tools, browser settings, VPNs, bots, network conditions, platform restrictions, duplicate filtering, delayed processing, or technical limitations. You agree not to rely on analytics from the Services as the sole basis for critical legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or business decisions.

11. Paid Plans, Billing, and Dodo Payments

Certain features of the Services may require payment or an active subscription. Paid subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, downgrades, and related billing functions are processed through Dodo Payments.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and billing amounts associated with your selected plan. You authorize the applicable payment method to be charged through Dodo Payments in accordance with the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

We do not store full payment card details. Billing, payment authorization, charge processing, and certain subscription-related workflows are handled by Dodo Payments and remain subject to Dodo Payments' own terms, policies, and operational rules.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period. You are responsible for managing your subscription, payment method, and cancellation timing.

We reserve the right to change pricing, packaging, plan structure, usage limits, or feature availability at any time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

11. Refunds and Credits

Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes subscription fees, renewals, add-ons, premium upgrades, domain-related configuration charges if any, and usage-based or seat-based charges if introduced.

If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact support@mail.get1.link within a reasonable time after the charge. We may, in our sole discretion, review the circumstances and offer a refund, partial refund, service credit, or no adjustment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Free Plans, Trials, and Promotional Access

We may offer free plans, trials, beta access, promotional credits, discounted plans, or invite-only features. Such offerings may be modified, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

We may impose plan-specific restrictions on the number of links, workspaces, collaborators, destinations, analytics history, customizations, exports, domains, or other features. Abuse of free plans, promotional access, or beta features may result in suspension or termination.

14. Intellectual Property, Feedback, and Privacy

Service Ownership

The Services, including software, code, interface designs, branding, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Get1.Link and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and implement that feedback.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension, Termination, Disclaimers, and Liability

We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, engaged in abuse or fraud, or used the Services in a manner that may harm us, our users, or third parties.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get1.Link and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get1.Link and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

16. Compliance, Governing Law, and Contact

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and industry standards applicable to your use case.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes relating to these Terms or the Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory local consumer rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
