Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information received from third-party service providers that help us operate the Services.

When you create an account or contact us, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, password, profile details, workspace name, company name if provided, billing information, and the contents of communications you send to us.

When you use the product, we may collect and store operational data related to your use of Get1.Link, including smart links you create, destination URLs, slugs, custom routing rules, QR code settings, link labels, workspace structure, collaborator invitations, user roles, subscription settings, upgrade and downgrade history, archive actions, analytics preferences, and other account configuration data needed to provide the service.

When end users interact with links or QR codes created through Get1.Link, we may collect analytics and event data such as click or scan timestamps, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, referral source, campaign parameters, redirect outcome, and related usage signals. We collect this information to provide link analytics, support routing logic, monitor performance, detect abuse, and improve the reliability of the Services.

We also automatically collect technical and diagnostic information when you use the Services, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language settings, pages viewed, session activity, access times, error logs, performance data, and other standard log information.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store full payment card details ourselves. We may receive limited billing and transaction information from Dodo Payments, such as your billing name, billing email, country, payment status, subscription plan, renewal status, cancellation status, invoice details, and transaction identifiers.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, improve, and secure Get1.Link.
